Why this Privacy Statement

This page describes how the website is managed with regard to the processing of its users' personal data.
In accordance with art. 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679, this information is also provided to any party that uses the web services of the DATA CONTROLLER TSec S.r.l. by accessing its webpage www.tsec.it, which is also the official home page of TSec S.r.l.

This privacy statement shall not apply to other websites accessed by links on the Data Controller's domain websites and in no way shall the Data Controller be held liable or responsible for such third-party websites.

Data Controller

The Data Controller is TSEC S.r.l., with its registered office at Via Luigi Becchetti 74, 25081 Bedizzole (BS).

Place of Data Processing

Data related to the web services of this website shall only be processed by authorised personnel at the above registered office.

Nature of the Personal Data Processed; Purpose and Legal Basis of the Processing

The personal data provided by a user voluntarily interacting with the website, such as user's name, surname or email address, in order to obtain certain services (requests for information, email messages, website registration, etc.) shall only be used for such services, and shall be disclosed to third parties only to the extent and when strictly necessary to perform a service (provision of information, sending material relating to the association's activities, etc.)

In the above cases, it will therefore be necessary for individual users to read the privacy policy and give their consent, failing which it will not be possible to proceed with any of the users' requests.

It is understood that, although the provision of users' personal data, as specified above, is optional, it is instrumental in the provision of certain services and, consequently, failure to provide such data may compromise or make it impossible to provide a service.

Processing Methods

Processing shall be carried out by automated means for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purpose the personal data is collected for. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful use or misuse and unauthorised access thereto in accordance with, inter alia, art. 32 of EU Reg. 2016/679.

Storage Period

The Data Controller shall store purchase registration data for 5 years after its last use.

Transfer of Data to non-EU Countries

Some of the data collected in the website may be shared with service providers located outside the European Union area and, in particular, with Google, Facebook and Microsoft (LinkedIn) through social media plugins and the Google Analytics service.
The above processing is subject to the user's choice and no data shall be processed by TSec S.r.l.

Rights of the Data Subjects

The persons to whom personal data relates, i.e. 'data subjects', have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request to have incomplete personal data completed or incorrect personal data rectified.

In relation to the above, please be informed that, pursuant to art. 13 (2) and art. 15 ff. of the EU Regulation no. 679/2016, you have the following rights: to request from TSec S.r.l. access to your personal data; to have your personal data rectified or deleted and to object to the processing thereof; to restrict the processing concerning you; to obtain the portability of your provided personal data; to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before such withdrawal; to obtain confirmation as to whether or not data concerning you exists; to have any data processed in breach of the law deleted, anonymised or blocked; to have any data concerning you updated, rectified or completed and to obtain certification that the operations described above have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data were disclosed or circulated. Finally, with regard to your personal data, you are entitled to lodge complaints with the relevant supervisory authority.
